When I needed drain work done around my house, I am so glad that I engaged the help of Kelsey at Pacific Group Developments. Few other crews would bring to my project such a high degree of professionalism and commitment. Kelsey, Jordan, Joe, Mike and Kai worked so hard in searing summer heat to complete the work. They are a friendly, thoughtful, hard-working team!
Unforeseen issues appeared that increased the work from perimeter drains and storm drains to include replacement of the water line and sewage drain and concrete work. Then they were able to put my property back together by landscaping so beautifully that my yard looks better than before they started!
Throughout the experience, Kelsey was stellar at communicating, discussing options and providing updates as work progressed. He was able to bring in other trades quickly when needed, and oversaw the work they did onsite which gave me confidence that his great attention to detail would apply to all the work done. Municipal inspections were done when required without delaying progress. I have great confidence in the work done by Pacific Group Developments!
