Kelsey and his team at Pacific Group Developments helped us with the problem of a wet basement. Kelsey did an extraordinary job of explaining how he planned on fixing the problem, detailing every step along the way. We had many, many questions which he answered clearly and patiently each time. As the work progressed Kelsey made sure that we saw and understood each step as it was being done. If I was at work while they were working, Kelsey called each night to make sure I knew exactly what had been done that day. The men were very careful and respectful of our home, making sure that walls were protected and everything was left as clean as before they started. Having the work done on our home was extremely stressful, but I have to say that Kelsey and his men gave us full confidence that the job was being done right. My husband asked Kelsey to do "the best job he could", Kelsey's response was that he "would do the best job that COULD be done!" You don't hear that too often. If any further work were ever needed on our home Pacific Group Developments would be the only people that I would call.
